The East Central Iowa Association of REALTORS® (ECIAR) has joined MLS Grid to modernise data delivery and improve operational efficiency for its members.

The association, serving real estate professionals in Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities, now leverages MLS Grid’s platform to standardise and streamline multiple listing service (MLS) data distribution to brokers, vendors, and consumers.

Melissa Groth, CEO of ECIAR, highlighted that the partnership ensures secure, consistent, and future-ready data management, enhancing the association’s ability to deliver timely information to its members and technology partners.

MLS Grid, developed and operated by MLS executives and technology leaders in the USA, simplifies the complexities of real estate data management. The platform supports the RESO Web API standard, facilitates vendor licensing, and enables more efficient compliance and data sharing. Currently, MLS Grid manages over 70,000 active data licenses and serves more than 2,200 data consumers nationwide.
