Lewis Silkin has significantly enhanced its Irish employment law practice with three senior appointments: Sarah Lawn and Sinead Likely as senior associates, and Jacqueline Ho as managing knowledge lawyer. These additions reflect strategic growth in supporting clients across complex employment, industrial relations, and health and safety matters.

According to Irish Legal News in a news article, Ms Lawn brings extensive experience representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court and is a member of both the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) and the Employment Lawyers’ Association (ELA). She has also lectured for the Law Society of Ireland’s employment law diploma for over a decade, highlighting her role in shaping professional standards and training in the sector.

Ms Likely, formerly a senior knowledge lawyer at Lewis Silkin, will advise clients across the full spectrum of employment relationships, from recruitment and contracts to performance management, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy processes, as well as data protection and protected disclosures. Her courtroom experience spans the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and civil courts.

Joining as managing knowledge lawyer, Ms Ho adds in-house expertise from her tenure as employment counsel at eir Ireland, one of Ireland’s largest telecommunications providers. She will contribute to the firm’s specialist knowledge lawyer team, monitoring regulatory developments and guiding both colleagues and clients through a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

Síobhra Rush, partner and head of office at Lewis Silkin Ireland, stated: “We’re delighted to welcome Sarah, Sinead, and Jacqueline to our Dublin team. Their collective expertise will further strengthen our employment team and enhance the scale and depth of our offering for clients who are navigating an increasingly complex workplace landscape.”
