A published author and educator, Lim has taught at leading universities and written several books, including “Cybersecurity Unmasked, Blockchain Unlocked, and the upcoming AI Unleashed”. He also serves in the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command as a group commander with the rank of lieutenant colonel and is a recipient of the TOYM Award for Community Building in Digital Media and the Agora Award for Marketing Communications.

Lim’s appointment is joined by a new Board of Governors for 2026.
